From the 405 freeway traveling north: Exit at, Artesia Blvd and head west. At Pacific Coast Highway turn left. Go to Herondo and turn right. Go to the end and turn left (Harbor Drive). Turn right on Marina Drive. Turn right into the Spectrum Athletic Club parking lot. We are at the entrance to the Spectrum Athletic Club Building.

From the 405 freeway traveling south: Exit at Hawthorne Blvd and turn right. Turn right on 190th street. Take it to the end (it changes name to Herondo). Go to the end and turn left (Harbor Drive). Turn right on Marina Drive. Turn right into the Spectrum Athletic Club parking lot. We are at the entrance to the Spectrum Athletic Club Building.

From Pacific Coast Hwy: Turn South on Herondo. Go to the end and turn left (Harbor Drive). Turn right on Marina Drive. Turn right into the Spectrum Athletic Club parking lot. We are at the entrance to the Spectrum Athletic Club Building.
